I'm a Business Analyst Designer who spends as much time on business analysis as on the interface — gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, mapping processes — before I design a single screen. Over 7+ years across fintech, insurance and B2B SaaS in Switzerland, I've led end-to-end design for wealth-management platforms (Evooq) and a multi-service portal for a 42,000-affiliate insurance provider (Centre Patronal, via UX-Republic), always tying the outcome back to a business result.

Highlights:

• Cut onboarding time by 40% on a membership form after iterative MVP testing (Centre Patronal / UX-Republic)
• Owned UX for two core financial-advisor tools used daily across Switzerland (Evooq)
