• Led UX/UI design for Centre Patronal's unified B2B member portal (via UX-Republic), facilitating discovery workshops, aligning stakeholders and translating business needs into validated product solutions. Contributed to a 40% improvement in membership form completion.
• Led UX design for two core wealth-management products at Evooq, collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable product experiences.
• Contributed to the development of a unified fintech platform across 30+ Agile sprints, including a Design System with 100+ reusable components. Presented product rollout scenarios to Executive Management.
